Arithmetic Tricks and Techniques You Didn’t Learn in School
Our ancestors could do calculations in their heads and on paper that most Americans struggle with today, even with a calculator. Part of the reason is that the tricks and shortcuts they knew are not taught in today’s schools. Over the years, Carolyn has collected these easy “tricks” that will make math easier and faster as well as more understandable.

Miss Jenni Bio
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications (Public Relations/Speaking) background, with a huge love of history and geography. Throughout my time as a stay at home mom, I embarked on a journey of educating myself on how to create a curriculum, where my can build love of U.S. History and Geography. Often times the interest in history and geography fade, but with a creative, hands-on, fun way of teaching it, I found my kids discovering there is
so much more to these subjects than just reading text books. My teaching style is not only informative and educational, but also engaging and entertaining. I have experience teaching at Arcadia Christian School from 2016-2018 along with being a Den Leader and Assistant Scout
Master for Troop 186, Girl Scout Troop Leader at Holy Angels and a Youth Group leader for various organizations. These opportunities have helped me take on a role as an educator and now, I am joining our EIE staff in bringing U.S. Geography.
