You don’t want to hear your young adult-child blaming you for his or her foolish financial decisions, do you? “Why didn’t you teach me that?” “Why didn’t you tell me?” Here’s the secret….most of us weren’t taught by our parents and we weren’t taught consumer math in school either. Many of us are fine and don’t live in financial chaos. However, many people do and many younger people aren’t managing their money well. They feel compelled to spend, spend, spend! Dine out! Buy more shoes! How many pair of feet can one person have?
This course will cover categories such as: being on your own, earnings, banking and saving, cash vs. credit, selecting housing, buying and preparing food, buying personal items, owning a vehicle, and recreation, travel, and entertainment. The specific topics within the categories are numerous!
REQUIRED MATERIALS:
Students are required to bring their own pencils, erasers, and paper. Also, might want to bring a calculator.

Regarding the book – if you would like Miss Lilli to obtain a copy of the book for you, the cost will be $25 cash, non-refundable for a used copy, unless the price has gone up.
