Outdoor Fitness – Elementary

 Run, jump, climb, play, and grow!

 Outdoor Fitness is an active, play-based class designed to help students build healthy habits while having fun outdoors. Through exciting games, obstacle courses, relay races, team challenges, and movement activities, students will develop strength, coordination, balance, endurance, and confidence—all while making friends and enjoying the fresh air.

Each class encourages teamwork, good sportsmanship, and perseverance in a positive, encouraging environment where every child can succeed.

Students will:

Build strength, balance, coordination, and endurance

Develop agility and overall physical fitness through active play

Participate in fun games, relay races, and obstacle courses

Learn teamwork, cooperation, and good sportsmanship

Grow in confidence while staying active outdoors

Develop a lifelong love of movement and healthy habits

No athletic experience is required—just come ready to move, play, and have fun!
